Catastrophic health insurance plan

Catastrophic health insurance plans are high-deductible health plans introduced under the Affordable Care Act. They are designed to protect against medical emergencies that could leave you facing thousands of dollars in medical bills. They are available to anyone under 30 years of age and those who qualify for a hardship exemption.
