Qualified health plans
A qualified health plan is one certified by the Health Insurance Marketplace. They all offer at least a basic level of essential health benefits, follow the set limits on cost sharing, meet the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) minimum essential coverage requirement, and conform to all other requirements of the ACA.
